4. Plans, billing & ads

AllEmailly offers a free plan and optional paid plans with additional storage and features, described on the billing page after you sign up. Free-plan accounts may display a limited number of ads; paid plans may remove ads depending on the plan.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we may need to perform maintenance or make changes from time to time.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts used for spam, abuse, or unlawful activity.

7. Limitation of liability
