Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information AllEmailly ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use our webmail service (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using AllEmailly, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, username, mailbox address, and password (stored securely hashed, never in plain text).
  • Email content & metadata: the messages, attachments, contacts, chat messages, calendar events, and to-dos you create or receive using the Service.
  • Usage information: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and activity logs (for example, login events), used for security and to keep the Service reliable.
  • Cookies: small pieces of data used to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising tracking.

2. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain your mailbox, contacts, chat, calendar, and to-do features.
  • Protect your account, including rate-limiting sign-in attempts, verifying email addresses, and filtering spam.
  • Send you service-related messages, such as security notices or account verification emails.
  • Improve the reliability and performance of the Service.
  • Show a limited number of ads on free-plan accounts, where applicable, to support the free tier.

3. Email delivery partners

To send and receive email reliably, we work with third-party email delivery partners who process message transport on our behalf. These partners only handle the technical delivery of mail and are not permitted to use your message content for their own purposes.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data and mail for as long as your account remains active. If you delete messages or close your account, we remove the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep it longer for legal or security reasons.

5. Your rights

You can access, update, or delete most of your account information directly from your Settings page at any time. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account entirely by contacting us — see the section below.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including password hashing, rate limiting on authentication endpoints, and email verification before certain account actions. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know, such as posting a notice on this page.

8. Contact us
