Yes. AllEmailly has a free plan you can use right away, with your own address, inbox, contacts, chat, calendar, and to-dos included. Paid plans are available for extra storage and an ad-free inbox — see the plans page after you sign up.
Not yet. Right now every mailbox uses the shared @allemailly.com domain. Custom domains are something we may support in the future — if it's important to you, let us know on the contact page.
We take account security seriously: passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text), sign-in attempts are rate-limited to slow down attackers, sign-up is protected against bots, and email addresses are verified before mail can be sent from a new account.
Yes. The Contacts page lets you import contacts from a standard vCard (.vcf) file, and you can export your AllEmailly contacts back out as a vCard at any time.
The free plan may show a small number of ads to keep the lights on. Paid plans remove ads entirely for a completely clean inbox. You can see exactly what's included on each plan from the billing page once you're signed in.
Yes. In Settings you can turn on forwarding to another address and configure an auto-reply message, optionally scheduled for a specific date range — handy for time off.
Incoming mail is checked against your personal whitelist and blacklist first, then against a set of spam rules that can match on sender, subject, message body, or sending server. Anything flagged is routed straight to Spam instead of your inbox.
Yes. You can create filter rules that automatically move matching messages into a folder as they arrive, so your inbox stays organized without manual sorting.
Chat currently works between AllEmailly users — start a conversation with anyone by their username and messages arrive in real time.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to receive a secure reset link by email, so you can set a new password without contacting support.
Yes, with a per-attachment size limit and a small list of restricted file types (like executables) blocked for safety.
